Love my new wall art!

Just received my laser cut wall art and it is absolutely gorgeous! It completely transformed my living room. The detail is incredible and it feels really well-made. I'm so glad I found Birch Bar + Co.! I'll definitely be back for more unique pieces for my home and recommend them to everyone!

Solid purchase, small shipping issue

I purchased a custom engraved cutting board as a gift. The engraving was very precise and the wood quality felt sturdy. The website was easy to navigate for customization. My only slight issue was that the tracking information wasn't updated for a few days after it shipped, which made me a bit nervous about its arrival for a specific date. However, it did arrive within the expected timeframe, just a minor communication hiccup. Overall, a good product and decent service.

Great value on decor

I was looking for some acrylic table numbers for my event and found Birch Bar + Co. The price was really good compared to other places I checked out, especially with the newsletter signup discount I used. They looked elegant and definitely didn't break the bank. Felt like I got a good deal for the quality.

Cute sign, fast delivery

Got a custom cake topper for my sister's birthday from Birch Bar. It looked super cute on the cake! It shipped out pretty quick and got to me in California in about a week. Really happy with how it turned out.

Good quality, minor delay

I ordered a personalized nursery name plaque and a set of monthly milestone markers. The ordering process on their website was straightforward, and I appreciated the option to preview the fonts. The items arrived well-packaged, and the quality of both the wood and the laser engraving was impressive – very clean cuts and smooth finish. Delivery took about 10 days to my address in New York, which was a little longer than I hoped, but within their stated turnaround time. I also contacted customer service with a question about cleaning the wood, and they responded promptly with helpful advice. Overall, a positive experience.
